Administrators help manage the site, and have access to site settings. They can also use all editing tools, manage pages, promote or ban members and invite others on private sites.
Why I joined the Baker's Dozen learning program: I'm part of the Emerging Technologies Team at PCPL and helped put the program together, not just because it's part of my job, but because I think this stuff is fun and definitely makes work both easier and more exciting.
What I want to get out of the program: lots of librarians and staff thinking of new ways to use technology in the library and the community. And personally more commitment to my posts and blogs.
