Hello, my name is Ryan. Please tell us about yourself...I'm an explorer. Why I joined the Baker's Dozen learning program: I like to learn stuff. What I want to get out of the program: Stuff learnin' Where I work: Main Library, Tucson What I do for my library: I work in the communications room. I do a little bit of everything that happens at a library behind the scenes. Packing, processing, sorting, etc. Occasionally, I secretly fend off werewolves and other were-creatures. I also have an herb garden on the roof. Those last two sentences aren't true. Favorite book or author: The World's Religions by Huston Smith. It should be required reading for all citizens of Earth. What else you should know about me: I question everything. Yes, everything. I'm a vegetarian, I don't own a car (by choice), give monthly to different charities, was once a college mascot, and I'm a member/owner of the Food Conspiracy. Also, I like spicy food, quantum mechanics, particle physics, poetry that doesn't rhyme, Eastern philosophies, and making my wife laugh.
